It is a strange unit. I has a second "RELCO" builder plate after the big rebuild dated July 1, 2013 that says Model: RSP38-2. It is a big sucker. The Picture of it in red with the green BN logo was taken in February 2011. It was sent from Glendive to Wilmar, MN to replace the 972551 which shredded all the blades on its wheel plowing in South Dakota. They sent them both for rebuilding shortly after. The 972551 was not modified nearly as heavy.
