Hi,
F. Hol Wagner Jr. in his book "The Colorado Road" mentions 2 Rotaries:
- built as DL&G 064 in 1889, carried C&S numbers 01, 011 and 99200. destroyed in roundhouse fire in Como 1935 and rebuilt with a new body and tender from std gauge 0-6-0 in 3 ft gauge. std gauged 1943, in 1951 wheel drive shaft broke - the end.
-C&S 03 built Dec 1899. reno 0270 in 1908 and 99201 in 1912, assigned to Cheyenne. 1936 to narrow gauge, reconverted to std gauge in 1943 rebuilt 1949, still on roster 1970. Seems to be the rotary in first photo.
hope this helps ...
