Even if you are joking, it wouldn't work on 3' gauge. EMD traction motors will just barely fit on meter gauge trucks but won't fit on 3' gauge trucks. With the exception of one special run of narrow gauge diesels with custom built traction motors for Columbia, EMD units have been absent from 3 foot gauge lines. Alco or GE have been the diesel supplier to 3' gauge railroads in North and South America.
