Yes.
Sometimes as low as once a month, generally not more often than weekly.
Mostly coal from Baldwin going to on-line points(about 8 cars/month to Alamosa power plant + the odd car to Hooper, Moffat or Villa Grove), green ties bound to Salida for treatment/treated ties going South, and some ag traffic. Also moves transferring equipment to/from Gunnison lines.
The 1949 Narrow Gauge Report reprinted by the CRRM a few years back shows a grand total of 526 cars of revenue freight to/from Mears Jct Hooper line (exclusive of endpoints) in 1948. 61 cars to/from system pints, 116 to/from other roads & 349 overhead. (note: revenue was *higher* than in 1941. No listing for company freight.
