The D&RG was the Receiver (and largest stockholder)but the RGS was billed for those F&CC tenwheelers. Form 308 even shows the RGS claimed a freight charge from Paterson, N.J.instead of Canon City/Florence...they did that on all of their engines in 1919 (and they had no Cooke, Grant or Rogers locos).
