That is a great piece of the archives!
I just noticed one way to tell where the photos were taken if the 2-6-6-2's lettering is not visible is the domes; IRCA added nice striping to the domes and cabs!
Are there any nice color 'portraits' of the 'baby mallets' from SVRy days and the IRCA times that would would show this and their paint color well?
Not trying to revive an old argument, but wouldn't they look good in green? :^)
