Apparently the Russians are not interested in foreign group charters, as they have quoted absurd prices to the organizers that have contacted them. The Ukraine operates charters in the Carpathian mountains but they don't have any P-36's. Unlikely that the Russians would loan or lease them any at this time, considering the political situation!
