Edaville equipment operated at two amusement parks in the northeast.
In Brazil, the Perus-Pirapora operated with North American-built equipment until the early 1980s, and is being revived slowly and surely.
There are a few handfuls of private 2' gauge railroads that used to be tracked in the "Two Footers" newsletter for years.
The Byron Railway equipment operated for a while near Monroe WA, but is now located in another WA collection, inactive.

Note that not all of the CPH were 24" there were also a few 20" and one 19" gauge units.
