Concerning Pitkin, my latest timetable showing service to Pitkin was Winter 1931-- shows a Monday, Wednesday, Friday mixed train to Pitkin and a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday mixed train to Baldwin. I would imagine that the train equipment alternated between destinations. The next timetable I have is Fall-Winter 1932-1933. By the time of this timetable, there is no scheduled service to either Pitkin or Baldwin. As noted, I wouldn't be surprised if there were occasional freight runs on both lines. We know that the Baldwin line continued to ship a few cars of coal for some years to come. But there is no reason to think that a T-12 would be doing this freight work with C-16's available.
