Does the Emma still have a wrought iron boiler, or had it been replaced with a steel one somewhere along the line. I had a conversation with Ward about twenty five years or so ago about this. He was shopping for a new one as his insurance company wouldn't write a policy on it anymore. I got the impression that it was the former.. Dixon quoted him a price, and he opted to retire her at that time.
