Thanks Rod, while there 'might' be a possibility that some of the oil pipes had elbows on them under the wooden platforms, we had nothing to go by when we put the pipes in a year before. Steve Meeks was in charge of putting in the long boards with the gangplanks, but we only had ONE tankcar spotted on the ladder end and had no idea where the pipes and gangplanks would be when the rack had 4 cars on the track. Now that we have cars spotted John Engs says the gangplanks don't line up with the domes. Looks like we got some 'fixing' to do.
