Hi Phil,
I understand your position.
I grew up with a sister who would make statements and not defend them. 50% of the time she were wrong.
If you did not understand my position in the first post, I was trying to discuss one level down. Not the trade itself but the claim made by some that the C&TS is not a living museum.
I have served on a jury before. When there was one person in six that would not vote guilty on an item, I took what I knew and tried to prove her point. She did not want to defend her position or try to prove her position to the rest of us.
Using the US legal system's civil instruction of "preponderance of evidence" and not the criminal level that is "beyond a reasonable doubt", I have been trying to find information about the minority opinion here.
I think the "living museum" has been settled. The minority opinion which is claimed to be "a good source" I do not question per se' - it is a theory not yet proven or disproven. If the minority would provide information to bolster his source's opinion, It would lend more believability to the minority argument.
I have no good contacts with Colorado so can not find evidence pro or con. I am looking for additional information to bolster the minority opinion - make it more credible.
If it can be resolved now, then future disagreements will not rehash old ground.
FWIW.
