I think the C&TSRR has accomplished the "living museum" part more than any other railroad. They have five big locomotives, with a T-12 coming into service in the next couple of years. If we that concept to be more of a reality then the railroad could use more interactive exhibits and an indoor museum. That's more needed than a K-28 that can't handle a full train.
