Hi everyone, I actually worked on the set as an extra yesterday and saw everything first hand, the paint looked great on both the train cars and the depot. The passenger consist used in the film was two regular coaches and an RPO, all painted green and lettered for the Great Northern Railway and the 463 was used for some background shots with a consist of stock cars. All of the locomotives used (463 and 484) were also lettered for Great Northern Railway. The spotted the passenger train on the house track in front of the depot and filmed the majority of the day there. I spent my time on the train acting as a passenger. I also boarded in several of the shots. I didn't notice them film the tipple or the water tank directly although they were for sure in the background of the first shot we filmed... so maybe they did some touch ups. Most of the shots were done on the platform of the depot on the freight side, using the gift shop as a directors area.
