The NSRM BC has two aspects. They are standard gauge and narrow gauge. The standard gauge emphasis is obviously based on the standard gauge already being there. the narrow gauge is because the donor of the Eureka & Palisade (EN) specified that the equipment remain in southern Nevada. Therefore, that is what we have and is the basis of the collection. Not only that, there were 3 narrow gauge railroads in southern Nevada: They were Arden Plaster, The Yellow Pine railroad out of Goodsprings, Nv. and the line that ran from Searchlight Nv. down to the Colorado River. As a result, narrow gauge is as relevant here as the standard gauge.
Also, the Sagebrush Headlight is for the NSRM Carson City. The NSRM BC has their own newsletter, but you have to be a member of the NSRM BC Friends group to get it..
