IIRC, there was a post here a few years ago with a link to a fairly long article about the UTLX narrow gauge tank cars, including the20 14 or so frameless cars leased to Mr. Lafayette Hughes which he had painted with his nickname, "GRAMPS". I've done several searches and I'm danged if I can find the link. 
Update 12:25 PDT: I finally found the link to the Blackstone 'Tank Car Info' on [ngdiscussion.net], but it goes to a blank page . . .
Update 12:40 PDT: Found the tank car info, but there's not much more on the refinery - see [blackstonemodels.com]
