That I understand, John -
But you said "opportunity TO RUN #315", not opportunity to SEE #315 run" (along with two of the seven Geese). I have seen RGS Motor #5 ("Goose" #5) more than once on both the D&S and C&TS, ridden #5 once and also ridden #3 at Knott's (#4 was rebuilt with a bus body similar to #3 and #5; she was a-molderin' away next to the courthouse the year I lived in To-Hell-You-Ride, so I've never seen her run either). I've also ridden both #2 and #7 (still with their original Pierce-Arrow bodies) at the CRRM, but I have never seen #7 stretching her wings out in the real world - so that would indeed be a treat. I have also ridden BEHIND #315 several times on both the D&S and the C&TS, but have never ridden ON #315

IIRC, you were along on the #315 Moonlight trip from Antonito to Osier back in June of 20-ought-08 (as seen in the third pic, above). I don't recall either of us being allowed to RUN or ride ON #315, so if cab rides are available for an extra charge during the Rendezvous that would indeed be interesting
