What is interesting is the letter boards. Looks like it had the stacked D&RGW over 5770 ( where the UP Railway Southern Division is now). Any idea how the lower number board (where 701 is now) plays out? Was it added later by the Rio Grande or later on by the museum? Inquiring minds need to know. Paul.
