Thanks for the info! So this makes me wonder how many stops for water were made during the steam era on the M&PP. The last time I rode it was 1965! I don't remember any details other than being amazed at the grade. Lived in the Springs when I was 6 ( 1955/56 ) and the parents weren't very interested in trains - I sure was though. Oh well......
