Trainrider47 spent hundreds of hours arranging the HTP charter, even producing a 10-page long "Chase and Runby Program". This program, sent to participants in advance of the charter, was how we knew when the trains would be running and where the photo locations were.
For Monday morning, the "Chase and Runby Program" directed photographers to take the "Highway 17 crossing going away shot or shoot from Ed Beaudette's yard".
