And the two cars in between are each just a pipe dream (that photo WAS taken in Colorado, after all - about 15 minutes after the first two on [ngdiscussion.net]). Ten or so minutes later the train passed through John's former residence of Trolliessen, at m.p. 287.50. The five cars that don't count are hidden behind the tanks in this first shot; if you look REALLY carefully you can probably count the rest:
