Chris Walker pointed me to another red/white harp target picture. Again, it's a bit ambiguous -- the line shows Elliot or Star stands, indicating the harps have been retired, but then why are they freshly painted? Maybe they're bound for the RGS? Still, you'd think they'd be re-painted at destination, not at source....
