Well, that would be what I thought but why would they build a new outside frame 2-8-0 that has less drawbar pull than a C-19? I thought perhaps the book had the drawbar pull misstated. I was really thinking about the possibility of disguising one of Ashby's outside frame 2-8-0s as the #34 for the new Silverton Northern!
