Dear Mal,

I purchased a copy of Rails Around Lake Tahoe a few months ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The Lake Tahoe region isn't one I know at all, but the combination of narrow gauge railroads and lake steamboats is simply wonderful, and as with all of your books the photographs are stunning. Thank you for all of the research you put into this work.
