Roosso's class-one license expired many years ago - and wasn't good for over-weight / over-size loads anyway.
IIRC, Roger Wigwam used to be licensed for that kind of stuff, and he's already in the neighborhood ...
Meanwhile - IMHO - #483 and her tender should be painted up in the original GG&BG colors, with Ernie's classic 'CUMBRES AND TOLTEC SCENIC RAILROAD' lettering and Toltec Gorge Route logo, to get maximum PR value out of the move - which should be plenty of T-V coverage in CO and NM, and maybe even a minute or two nationally. If youse guys can't get #483 painted Tuscan, Gold & Scarlet at least get C&TS lettering - and logo - back on the tender before the move (assuming the swap DOES go through, of course)!!
