Anyway, I think we are in stage 2 of a three stage swap. John Bush has been talking to the D&S. That was stage one. We are now in stage 2, making talk legal through contracts. That was what was approved last week, giving John the tools to continue. The final swap has yet to be finalized. That is the yet to be completed stage three. At least as I understand it.
