Oh, and speaking of the record, I'll go ahead and post the e-mails and PM's I've had this afternoon. I normally would never do this, but since he seems to be worried I might destroy evicence I'll post everything publicly so there is a record.
I have edited things so they'll be displayed chronologically, however I have not altered content.

This is my board, my website, my domain. This is not a public venue, it's private property.
It's just like if you were a guest in my house. I could at any time, and for any reason - or no reason at all - ask you to leave. If you refused, I could call the cops and have you arrested for trespassing and if you still refused, in many places, I could shoot you claiming self defense.
I, quite frankly, don't give a rat's ass who you are, and realistically speaking, even if I knew your name there's a 90% probability it wouldn't mean a damn thing to me anyway.
My reaction? I don't see where you have much of anything to contribute so I don't give a rat's ass if you ever come back.
Oh, and I think you mean the RYPN forum, and in that case the individual who *almost* took it down ended up publicly disgraced, and *ta-da* the forum is still there.

A crime has been committed and you are committing it, so it is your responsibility to protect evidence and keep records of these events or that is another charge you will have coming destruction of evidence, not protecting evidence if you have indications that a crime has been committed, etc.. If you do not do that you can be charged with obstruction of justice.
If anyone gets into my account and finds my name or talks to any of the forum members about me and gets my name and uses it or distributes it in any way, you are not going to have to worry about moderating this forum any longer I assure you!
