Technically and legally you may be right. But from a practical standpoint, taking something that is posted here and using it in another site, book, video, etc. without asking and giving credit to the person who posted it is almost sure to result in that person not posting again...and who loses then? Myself and a number of others are very skeptical of posting material here as we have seen it used by others without due credit and without asking. The data may come from D&RGW records, but some of those records are now in private hands and may stay there if people cannot be honest in the use of these materials. John at least asked. Some others have not.
Also, why can't people use their real and full names?
