Folks,
The Iron Horse News Data sheet 8 has a nice article with a drawing of the car a few years ago when Kempton Forest was editing the newsletter and doing his wonderful car histories. He was of the opinion that it was built by ACF rather than some others who thought that it was a Pullman product.

It is a wooden car with steel sheathing over the sides. I think it is on freight car trucks; they plan to build it passenger car trucks in the near future.
