The Uintah Railway owned a very small number of passenger cars. Henry Bender's roster shows the following:
Combination Car No. 1. Bender thinks may have been ex C&S. Re-numbered 50 in 1924. No. 50 rebuilt in 1934 with rounded roof and steel sheathing. After abandonment in 1939, body sold, was a storage shed in Grand Junction. Body under restoration at Colorado RR Museum in 2014.
Combination Car No. 51. Rebuilt from ex D&RG Pullman sleeper. Retired 1926.
Combination Car No. 52. Rebuilt from ex D&RG Pullman sleeper. Re-numbered 25 in 1924.
Private coach COLUMBINE. Rebuilt from sleeping car. Bender thinks was an ex D&RG Pullman. Retired 1921 or 1922.
Business Car B-8. Ex D&RGW B-8, purchased in 1927. After abandonment in 1939, body sold for use as a shed in Grand Junction. To Colorado RR Museum, 1959. Restored at CRRM as D&RGW B-8.
To answer Doug's question, I think No. 50 is the car you may be thinking of.
