I agree with Chris on this one. The letter "O" only appears at South Baker and I am pretty sure oil was available at Austin. Anyway, in 1936 the S.V. was not yet burning oil. While the dispatcher was located at Baker most of the daily operations were carried out at South Baker, hence the need for an operator or agent. Interestingly, all of the other agents are now gone.

Also interesting is that the designation for telephone has changed from "T" to "P".
