Jeff, thank you for the correction. I guess it would have been cheaper to buy frames and running gear than entirely new locomotives, especially if they had surplus locomotives on hand.
Bruce, thank you for the pic, I could never find one on either Bing or Google. It appears that they used different tenders than the narrow gauge ones.
Bob, thanks for the further info, apparently, they must have saved the parts from before the conversion. I guess they didn't keep track of which parts went with which locomotive?
