As others have mentioned, the ORM is worth a visit. If you've plenty of time, there's a great museum (NNG) in Enid as well.

Obligatory NG content: I seem to recall there are a few pieces of D&RGW equipment on private property just northeast of Alva, OK. But that's a lot further than you'll likely have time for.
