Not exactly right Bill. The finish that was above the "Pullman Green" was a common work car or freight car "mineral red" color, same that was used on all RGS/D&RGW work cars. The date of what you are referring to is 1918 although it post dates D&RG "Tuscan Red". There is a difference.
