You can have blind front drivers, providing of that there is a pilot truck, I don't know specifically but I would imagine the front truck may have to be a 4 wheel one and not 2 wheel (could be wrong though), I don't know about American practice but it is common here in Australia. Can't say I have ever heard of blind rear drivers.
