A few years ago, when the D&S folks had the C&T operation contract, us visitors to the yard had to agree to some safety rules. This is one of the big ones to not violate:
When the picture is 5 feet tall in a hotel room, this is pretty easy to spot. A rule I am happy to live with. Rails should only be trod upon by driver wheels.
