A bit frightening to look at but it worked. I see the panel track was given up on fairly early on, it was not strong enough. Since Silver Plume is all dirt that is not a problem for the flanges, they can just dig in comfortably.
So glad it's getting well deserved attention. With the bottom of the cupola window sills rotted out water infiltration was probably pretty bad.
I've been working steadily on my 1/4 scale model 1006, very busy making pedestals and other undercarriage hardware right now.
