In western PA the landowners have problems with indiscriminate ATV use. The person who owns the site where the sand plant was located says he has regular incursions on his property by ATV drivers who will cut locks or barb wire fences to go joy riding. He says for some of them it is a badge of honor how steep a hill or difficult a terrain they can surmount and he has witnessed significant erosion from this. Its pretty hard to control as you can't be everywhere all of the time and law enforcement usually isn't able to identify (or have time to) who is legally there and who isn't. That's what I'm basing my crystal ball prediction on that many of these grades will vanish into the future. If the same intensity of ATV use comes to the C&C country I'm sure it will be damaged the same way.
