This is a good project--don't knock it. A lot of effort has gone into reestablishing the Big HOrn sheep back into this area and this is a recent, past 12 years, problem, not a half century. The downed wire serves no purpose. Dave Dillon is likewise a good guy and a friend. He takes a keen interest in both Durango and Silverton and owns property adjacent to us, and with his family, was in the concrete business in Durango for many years.
