Generally said whatever part of Switzerland you hit you will find an active narrow gauge railway/system close by.
Even if it is "just" tramway systems, they all run on narrow gauge (metre gauge).
All the public railways operate year round, most of the tourist/museum operations run on Weekends during the Summer only.
To provide you with a small overview of what we have here in Switzerland I found some links for you:
The most prestigious of them:
Rhätische Bahn (Rhaetian Railwas) With Bernina- and Glacier Express:
www.rhb.ch/en/home
Golden Pass Line which runs from Lucerne to lake Geneva:
www.goldenpass.ch/default.asp?Language=EN
Then there are the ones usually considered "secondary":
Appenzeller Bahnen: (German site only)
www.appenzellerbahnen.ch
The Transports Public Fribourgoise, connected with the MOB (Golden Pass Line System)
www.tpf.ch/en
Chemins de Fer du Jura:

Waldenburger Bahn: (only public 750mm Railway in Switzerland)
www.waldenburgerbahn.ch
Tourist / Museum Railway:
The Furka Line has already been mentioned above.
Brienz - Rothorn Bahn (steam operated rack railway to the top of the Rothorn Mountain)

Schinznacher Baumschulbahn (only steam operated 600mm railway in Switzerland)

Museum Railway Blonay-Chamby

We have a lot more to see here but this gives you a basic overview of what you can expect.
