Everett -

Having been designated a "Wild-Eyed Foamer from California" by the Carpetbagger of Cumbres, far be it from me to pass judgement on anyone else's railroading functionality or even creds as a fellow foamer, and my experience as a Golly-Gee-Ologist is limited to reading John McPhee's Annals of the Former World three times (most recently during a wet spell back in late February). About the best I can do to or for you is recommend to ur-Curmudgeon JBWX that you be invited to join our Fraternal Union of Curmudgeonly Geezers (aka "The Old FUCGers"), but with the caveat that the notoriously cranky & excentric Steve Forney has turned us down mainly on account of his being unwilling to join any organization that would accept someone like him as a member.
