Stan,

I went in there last fall with the Ridgway RR Museum folks. We drove most the way there on the line that goes to Lizard head from the Jct.. The Telluride branch is fenced off these days. IIRC, we ran into trees before we could get all the way to the site. Maybe a 100 yds or so.

The road to Sunshine Mesa is on the ROW to Ames.
