Re: Galveston Railroad Museum sues Heritage Rail Leasing for breach of contract

I checked my facts with management and they confirmed that Al Harper had ended his business relationship with Texas State RR before these railcars were purchased and none of Al's companies or subsidiaries had any connection to the purchase of these railcars. Heritage Rail Leasing LLC is a subsidiary of Iowa Pacific and is in no way associated with American Heritage Railways or its subsidiaries.
