Michael, that would certainly be my question as well. They've done quite
a bit to develop traffic on the Santa Cruz operation but only at Watsonville, do they continue with their excursion plans? Same in New York
and several other lines. The existing management group retains 20% but the
whole thing is inverse ie Sam's interest looks to be in 20% of the current
properties while the 80% appears to be the focus of the 20% owners.
