Just checked the website of the Oregon Coast Explorer and they do show that Shay on their roster, but at Centralia, WA undergoing restoration.
It's Lima #169, 1887?

They also have another small 2T Shay, the former Rayonier #3 from the Grays Harbor operation and this one is on their property in OR I think.
