South Park,
I can assure you that I do not match your assumed characterization of me. I could not care less about rights and equality in relation to this thing in Peru. If you have a problem with the term, “criminal assault,” let’s just call it assault; meaning a sudden, violent attack; onslaught. Usually it is illegal, but I don’t know if it is in Peru. I have seen drivers there intentionally run into each other in the inevitable right of way dispute that seems to erupt at every road intersection. In any case, I am not expecting the conductor to be prosecuted. That is not my point.
Why do you assume that I am defending the guy with the ear buds?
And if life is so rough and tough in Peru (as I know it is), why does a conductor get so bent out of shape because somebody is placing himself in danger by standing too close?
