06092 Wheel and Tie information

I know this car still exists today in Chama. And I have some plans and information on this car.

What I don't know is when was it built from 6092?

Was its major purpose for wrecks?

Was she the only Wheel and Tie car?

Does anyone have or know where old pictures of this car exist? Online?

*edit* Also, the boards on the wheel end I have seen depicted in a straight line, staggered closely, and staggered but spread apart. What is correct? THe C&TS has the car with them staggered apart currently.
