Well, I had always thought the EBT would purchase one K-28 myself, had they gone on longer, since steam possibly would be cheaper to purchase used, compared to a brand new diseasal, IMO
These are the opinions of a twenty Four year old model railroader/narrow gauge/standard gauge steam fan.
