In the 1980s I think. Tom Bolack senior was still alive, but is now deceased. I could ask Tommy Bolack, I suppose. The bridge spans the San Juan river just outside Farmington on the road to his electromechanical museum which contains an old 0-6-0 switcher from the T&NO, a combination RPO/baggage car and a steel caboose from the Norfolk Southern plus many tons of artifacts. While it is a privately owned museum, it is open to the public at no charge.
