Hi Jeff:
At first I thought the Cummins offered more torque compared to the original GMC but now i see the two engines compare about the same but the GMC 361 makes about the same torque at a little lower RPM. Was the original Goose transmission used or was that changed out too. Was the Cummins chosen because it closely matched the torque of the original or was the diesel more suitable for daily use at Knotts?
